For occasional bookings:

• The large BWMI Main Hall is available for £11.00 / hour; or

• the smaller BWMI Meeting Room is available for £7.00/hour

Additional items to note:

• The Main Hall is 24ft x 45ft (7.2m x 13.5m) and the height to the beams is 10ft (3m) with 9ft (2.7m) between 3 width-spanning beams. The highest point is approximately 5m. Before booking anything large or heavy please check measurements, weights and ensure the supplier agrees it is safe to use.

• The Meeting Room is great for small meeting type settings. Normally its used as a games room and as a reception / waiting area for Main Hall and Studio bookings and might be used sometimes to get from one room to another. by other hirers. Its a good quiet bookings times option for smaller groups needs on a budget.

• £10.00 for bookings requiring prior or subsequent access for event deliveries (e.g. Bouncy Castles, Boxing Ring, Stage), covering care-taker additional attendance. This may not be possible if there are overlapping bookings but we will do our best to help.

• A non-refundable (unless our fault) deposit of £10.00 is payable upon booking.

Contracted, regular bookings (1 year plus) are offered slight discounts on the standard rates.

Full payment is required 1 week before your event to secure the booking.

Arrangements for access and exit will be agreed with you before your event.

 

All payments are via bank only. No cash payments are accepted.

Invoices / Receipts are provided and will contain BWMI bank details for payment.

Hire of the BWMI hall is for the use of the room space only. WiFi and reasonable utility usage is included.

The hirer is responsible for leaving the hall as you found it and as you would expect to find it.

Bookings which over-run or leave the hall in an unacceptable condition are subject to surcharge at the Trustees judgement & discretion.​

Please report any damages or equipment found to be faulty.
